We gladly accept new patients and welcome referrals. The greatest compliment that we receive is when you recommend us to your family and friends. We have three dentists on staff, so new patients and emergencies are seen quickly.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. At your request we will gladly make every effort to calculate the estimated cost of your individual treatment before we begin the procedure. Due to the fact that various circumstances may arise during your treatment, we are unable to determine the exact cost of your treatment until the procedure is complete. The final fee may be more or less than the estimated cost. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this clinic regardless of your insurance coverage. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. If you have any questions or problems, please ask our business staff. Many times, a simple telephone call will solve any misunderstandings.

We accept almost all insurance plans and are a preferred provider for Delta Dental & Blue Cross/Blue Shield. As a courtesy to you, our knowledgeable insurance staff will gladly answer your insurance questions and file your dental insurance claim. We make every effort to provide you with the finest care and will work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Because your insurance is a contract between your employer and your dental insurance company, benefits received are based on the terms and limitations of the contract negotiated between them. We are not a part, nor can we negotiate the terms of that contract. We will try to estimate your deductible and co-pay. The deductible and co-pay are then due at the time service is rendered. We will file a claim form with eligible insurance carriers in order to achieve reimbursement for you, but please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred. We encourage you to read and understand your insurance policy and know the coverage or limitations your personal dental insurance policy may have.


Appointments are recommended and will be scheduled as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day, however you may have to wait while the doctor works you in among his scheduled appointments. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that we provide surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

After Hours Emergency

If you are one of our regular patients, and you have an after hours emergency, we will take care of you. We are not just your dentist during normal “business hours,” we are your dentist 365 days a year.
